Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program

On Saturday June 2, 2012 the U.S. Army Parachute Team was honored in attending

the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program in Los Angeles California. Operated by

the 63rd Regional Support Command over 1000 reservist men and women of the U.S. Army.

The mission of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program is to promote the well

being of National Guard and Reserve members, their families and communities, by

connecting them with resources throughout the deployment cycle.  YRRP connects Guard

and Reserve service members, their families and loved ones with local resources before,

during, and after deployments, especially during the reintegration phase that occurs months

 after service members return home.

The Golden Knights were given the opportunity to proudly take the yellow ribbon flag over

Laurinburg NC and jump with it during freefall. We also had the opportunity to then take the free fall footage back to the 63rd RSC and present the flag before their unit during the yellow ribbon event.

The U.S. Army Parachute team is greatly appreciated in attend this program and have been honored to
display their flag over North Carolina during freefall operations.
